No accounts, no passwords, no mystery. Here is exactly what happens between your first call and the last unpacked box.
Call, WhatsApp or fill the quote form with your pickup and drop locations, floors, moving date and a rough idea of your goods. No account needed — a name and mobile number are enough.
The more you can tell us (2BHK, one bike, second floor without lift), the sharper the quote. But even a rough description is enough to start.
We do a telephonic, video or doorstep survey, then send a written estimate covering volume, distance, floors and packing level. You approve it — that becomes the scope of work.
The quote mentions what's included (materials, labor, transport) and what's optional (insurance choices, storage). No surprise line items later.
Our crew arrives with materials — bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, packing paper and cartons. Fragiles are wrapped individually, furniture is protected, every carton is labeled.
You can watch the whole process. Cartons are numbered and listed, so at delivery you know exactly what came in which box.
Goods are loaded with proper technique (not thrown), and the truck departs on the schedule you approved. You receive a Booking ID (RGB…) and a Tracking ID (RGP…).
Choose a dedicated truck for speed or a shared load for savings — the tracking works the same either way.
Enter your Tracking ID (like RGP123456789) on the Track Shipment page — no login — and see milestones as our operations team posts them: departure, transit, arrival, out for delivery.
The timeline is manual and honest — we post real updates rather than simulating a live GPS map. The data model supports GPS integration when the fleet grows.
Goods are unloaded, furniture reassembled, cartons placed in the right rooms. A proof-of-delivery photo closes the shipment record.
If anything needs attention, the same coordinator who quoted your move is still reachable on one number.
